Dr. Foulks earned his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Pennsylvania State University in 2014 and in 2018, received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University in Marietta, Georgia. He trained as a chiropractic student intern at Life University’s Center for Health & Optimum Performance, as well as interning with award-winning chiropractic offices located in Hiram, Georgia and Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois. Upon graduating Dr. Foulks entered the role of clinic director at a practice located in the northern Virginia area. As clinic director, Dr. Foulks was responsible for performing examinations, adjustments, and daily record maintenance for over 400 active patients.
He utilizes a high-velocity, low-amplitude manual thrust for his adjustments. He is also qualified in numerous techniques to include: Activator, Cox-Flexion Distraction, Extremity, Diversified (“Full-Spine”), Gonstead, Sacro-Occipital, Thompson, and Toggle. His dedication focuses on his patients, attaining their optimal level of health & wellness through individualized chiropractic care.
Dr. Foulks interest in chiropractic grew shortly after he had began an internship at a chiropractic office while pursuing his undergraduate degree. Dr. Foulks was amazed at the results the Doctor of Chiropractic was able to achieve without the use of medication or surgery. The thought that you could have such a profound impact on someone’s health by just utilizing your hands was something that resonated with Dr. Foulks. Given his passion for health/wellness, Dr. Foulks realized there wouldn’t be another career more fulfilling than becoming a chiropractor.
Dr. Foulks is dedicated to improving his patients’ quality of life and places great emphasis on educating the public on the benefits of chiropractic adjustments. Some of his personal pleasures include spending quality family time, power lifting/bodybuilding, being outdoors, and watching his Alma Mater’s sports teams.
